In our minds, cast iron can do just about anything — it produces some serious heat, it’s naturally nonstick, it can go straight from the stove top to the oven, and it’s the true master of one-pot meals. Occasionally you’ll hear that cast iron can be a little finicky, or tricky to clean. But we have to disagree!
